So I was rummaging around the internet and fell upon a Christmas Question Tag. It's 5:02am why not. Let's get to it!
1. What is your favorite Christmas film?
Does The Holiday count??? I mean Jude Law and Cameron Diaz are in it and it IS based around the holiday.. :)) That has to be one of my top favorite movies! If not that I really enjoy Elf:)
2. Have you ever had a White Christmas?
PFTTTT. Have I had a white christmas? Heck yeah! I live in Michigan. It snows the majority of the year. Oddly enough though, we still don't have any snow that will stick and it's almost the end of December! Maybe thats why it doesn't feel like Christmas to me! All I can say is I'm happy without the snow, I don't have to drive in it! HAHA!
3. Where do you usually spend your holiday?
At home with my family. We use to travel up north to my grandma and grandpas house for a huge celebration with all of our families all over but we haven't since she passed.
4. What is your favorite Christmas song?
White Christmas and the Christmas song. YUP. Anything that sounds like Michael Buble', Josh Groban or Nat King Cole is two thumbs up for me!
5. Do you open any presents on Christmas Eve?
Yes, we do the white elephant game. Other than that we wait til Christmas day.
6. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?
Dasher, Prancer, Donner, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Blitzen, Rudolph…am I missing someone?
7. What holiday traditions are you looking forward to most this year?
Honestly idk. It really doesn't feel like Christmas to me this year.
8. Is your Christmas tree real or fake?
FAKE! GAH I wanna experience what its like to have a real tree.
9. What is your all-time favorite holiday food/sweet treat?
Rice Krispies are pretty bomb. I don't really have them throughout the year until then.
10. Be honest: do you like giving gifts or receiving gifts better?
idk. I've grown to like giving gift now, probably because im getting older. I hate receiving gifts because you're obligated to open presents in front of people and I hate that feeling of being on the spot. Although I am thankful for a gift but what if you get something thats weird or something you do not like.... I AM A TERRIBLE LIAR.
11. What is the best Christmas gift you’ve ever received?
Probably a toss up between my guitar and a printer. lol During college I was fed up with having to run everywhere for a printer so let me tell you. I was overjoyed when I saw that as a present lol
12. What would be your dream place to visit for the holiday season?
idk.Colorado? Hawaii? My best friend and I are actually thinking of doing it next holiday and be out at the beach! HECK YAH!
13. Are you a pro-present wrapper, or do you fail miserably?
I HATE WRAPPING. Tissue paper and fancy gift bag. Call that shit a day!
14. Most memorable Holiday moment?
I really don't think theres a significant time that i've had but there was a year that all of our family were fortunate enough to come together Christmas Eve with their families considering everyone was working or have other places to be or lived too far.
15. What made you realize the truth about Santa?
I don't really think I really believed the whole Santa coming down the Chimney situation but I believed that there was once a Saint Nicholas who did good for all so that's what i'll stick to.
16. Do you make New Years resolutions? Do you stick to them?
Yes and no. I try not to make resolutions over the top but something that is actually obtainable throughout the year that I can always work on.
17. What makes the holidays special for you?
Just being able to spend time with family to be honest. I've been working a whole lot more now that I am out of school so being able to relax and spend time with family is always a treat!
